urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:edk911 Lost and Found edk911 edk911 2007-05-03T02:37:46Z urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:edk911:1008 Instant recognition 2007-05-03T02:13:52Z 2007-05-03T02:37:46Z TrippleM......no comment More of a muse than a post really.&nbsp;&nbsp; Just wondering how many other people out there have been&nbsp;walking down the street and looked into a complete strangers eyes and had that instant recognition thing where&nbsp;for some reason you feel like you know that person.&nbsp;&nbsp; Or is it just me losing the plot.&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /><br />Have you ever dreamed about someone you know really well, only in the dream they look nothing like what they&nbsp;do in real life&nbsp;?&nbsp;&nbsp; Is it merely somones physical features that cause the click of recognition or on some&nbsp;deeper&nbsp;sub-conscious level is there something else. <br /><br />Now&nbsp;being a believer in reincarnation could it be that every life that we live we tend to run into the same people we have done in previous lives and that is why&nbsp;there are some people you click with instantly&nbsp;and others that you take an instant dislike to for no real reason.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br /><br />Katherine Kerr wrote a&nbsp;series of books based on this sort of&nbsp;theme.&nbsp;&nbsp;By no means was&nbsp;it great writing but definately&nbsp;worth a read.&nbsp; Anyway back from that tangent let me know what you think.
